[紧急]关于博士的职业评估的问题

按照新政策，我对象只有60分，所以需要我有5分才可以，他明年就33了，有了这5分也没用了，所以非常紧急。按照新政策，我的职业需要我的职业在职业列表里，所以我也得进行职业评估，对吗？
我去年博士毕业，工作1年，我本科学的是过程装备与控制工程（老的名称叫化工机械），硕士学的是环境化工，博士是化学工业。我不清楚改怎样进行我的职业评估，是按照本科，还是硕士啊，还是博士啊？万分紧急，希望各位给出谋划策！！！

职业评估以本科专业为主。根据你的专业名称，虽然细节不太了解，不过你大概可评为chemical engineer，写职业评估时把装备设计一类的东西，与具体的化学反应联系起来，所有设计理念（从可行性分析，到设计细节，到整体总结），都归结到要实现的某一种化学反应上。
你的硕士和博士都与化学相关，不算换专业，论文内容都可以写，注意所有东西都要围绕在某一类化学反应的实现上（或者某一化学反应的应用上），写几个方程式就OK了，哈哈，不难。
当然，如果本科课程大都是机械设计类，只不过挂了个化工的名字，也可以评别的。

能弱弱的问下楼主年龄么，博士毕业是不是奔三了，工作经验要积累3年才加分么。楼主是怎么打算的？申请博后？雇主担保，还是什么呢。另外社区语言那5分怎么解决呢？

首先，Engineers Australia的职业评估，也就是skill assessment是按照本科学位评估的。

但是，Engineers Australia现在也加设了一个工科专业PhD的学历认证，注意这个是学历认证不是职业评估。如果你能顺利通过这个学位认证，你的PhD学历就可以得到澳洲移民局的认可，学历分就可以拿到20分。

这是EA skill assessment booklet（URL：http://www.engineersaustralia.or ... amp;siteName=ieaust）24页关于高学历认证的细则：

3. Identification of higher level
engineering qualifications
The standard assessment WILL INCLUDE an opinion on
the comparable relevant Australian level qualification to
the client’s overseas qualification used in support of the
assessed outcome. However, where a client holds a PhD
degree for example, which may not necessarily need to be
considered in the assessment process to provide the
nominated outcome, then this additional assessing service
may be employed to identify the overseas PhD as
comparable to an Australian PhD.
Applicants who require this service will need to provide:
• a completed application form, with relevant fee
payment
• properly-certified copies of all original academic
documentation (testamurs and transcripts, as
applicable) which shows that the client unconditionally
holds the qualification claimed
• a listing of doctoral examiners and details
• a listing of publications made during and after the
doctoral program.

我觉得关键是你工作的那一年做的是什么工作，这才是决定你评估啥的关键。

是这样的，我对象现在是60分，根据最近的政策，我只需要职业在职业列表里而且雅思够4个6就行了，没听说有工作年限的需要阿，然后他就可以获得5分的配偶加分，这样65分就够了吧。如果我对政策理解错误，请高人指点！谢谢！

既然你只想作为配偶加分。你根据本科专业 申请 EA 职业评估，并且让他们审核你有 1年所评职业的相关工作经验  即可。当然，这个职业需要在 你LP  职业代号 所对应的  SOL 职业清单之中。

你做副申的话，要拿partner skill的5分，移民局要求如下：
You can claim 'partner skills' points if your partner is also able to satisfy the basic requirements of age, English language ability, has nominated an occupation on the same Skilled Occupation List (SOL) as the primary applicant for which they have obtained a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority and they meet the Australian study requirement or have recent work experience in a skilled occupation which is on the SOL as the primary applicant.

最后一个要求，是要求也要符合澳洲学习或者工作经验的要求，而工作经验加分的话，海外最低要求是3年。
配偶加分字面上我的理解是需要3年海外工作经验的，而且必须和你职业评估吻合的经验。
这5分按你情况可能不好拿，去问问移民局得个准信儿吧。
另外这5分，州担保能不能有戏呢？有些职业州担保也不要四个7呢！

就不能算是有evidence that they meet the skilled employment or Australian study requirement.

也就是说
你没有资格申请Partner Skills这５分

但是万一我们的理解有偏差
所以建议你就自己的case发邮件或者打电话过去问
万一因为理解不准确而失去机会岂不可惜

我实在不想评论 咱们热心同学的 阅读水平。但实在憋不住 想 跳出来纠正 快要歪的分析结论。请注意两点。。条文上说的是 SOL  这一个是  LIST  而不是 CODE 并不是 指 某一个同样的职业 ANZSCO “Code”。 如今官网上只有两个 SOL 一个叫做  Skilled Occupation List (SOL) – Schedule 1   另外一个叫做  Skilled Occupation List (SOL) – Schedule 1 and 2 所以只要LZ 夫妻 职业同在一个 List  即可

另外，关于职业，关于Skilled employment。 上面只说了要 recent experience, 但并没有明确多长时间的工作经验。上面给分最低 海外工作经验 3年，只是说，如果要 claim  skill experience for point  那么就至少3年海外工作经验。但并不等于就说， recent experience 必须至少 3年。实际上，
请看 新政以后的网页根本就没有具体规定要多长才的 recent  working experience  才能满足最基本的申请条件。估计是移民局的漏笔，大家应该写信去提醒移民局更新明确这点信息。 早前的初稿上，对配偶加分已经有明确的规定了，想走移民局漏斗也是不可能的。 反正LZ 的情况，只要你的1年工作经验与职业相关，就不会有问题。不必多虑

还有我本科是个很不知名的学校读的，硕士，博士才在天大读的。
另外我作评估，是不是本科，硕士，博士学位都得去作公正阿，还是只作本科，有没有高人给解释下阿，谢谢了。

职业评估貌似只看本科和本科的专业，好像不看硕士什么的。如果本科和硕士专业不一样，就按本科的专业算。而且有好几个例子是职业评估不需要工作经验也能评上，反正我是这样听说的，呵呵。
