被撞啦

今天停着等红灯，被后面的车撞啦，保险杠后面撞了洞啦，新车真让我伤心，我买的全保，我该怎么办啊？我是不是直接联系保险公司，让保险公司联系对方啊，对方的驾照信息给我了，还给我写了个东西。

Contact your 保险公司, get a claim number.

Then take your car to the assigned repairer, maybe you can claim car rental as well.

哈哈，这样啊，我联系了保险公司，claim了，说周一联系我，告诉我去哪里修，可怜的我的车，我儿子还坐里面，被吓到了，下次要买个屁股巨长的车，真晕，等红灯都能被撞，

谢谢各位的安慰哈，保险公司竟然说不能租车的，说我的保险条款里没有。。。。。。，这么说我被撞了，修理期间我需要自己掏交通费。。。。。。

First, I feel sorry for what happened to you. I had the same experience before, I know exactly how that felt like. Regarding the car repair, please refer to #4 Mr WA Miner's advice. Regarding the car rental, talk to your insurance first and tell them you don't have alternative way going to work. Then you have to rent a car when your car is in repair. When you get your car from the repairs, ask for a copy of Quotation, save your receipt for car rental, then send them all to your insurance company, together with your insurance claim forms (Copies). You will then get some forms to claim the car rental. Please remember, make it a big deal to write it down that you don't have any other transportation available to take you to work! By the way, your insurance won't pay the car rental, but they will claim it from the other party's insurance, because it was the other driver's fault to cause these cost! Good luck!

谢谢啊，我保险公司说可以这样做，但是不保证我能不能拿到~，我去修车我好像不需要付钱，那还要拿QUOTATION吗？我还没去修，已经打电话CLAIM了，他们要我直接去ASSIGNED REPAIRER修。

Absolutely, that's what your insurance company will ask for when claim the car rental. Yeah, they will say there is no guaranty in claiming it back, but they will always try their best. Because you are their "Valuable cumstomer", remember what they say while doing the promotion? All the best!
