移民局回信：关于475签证居住及工作地区限制问题

回信中有這麼一段：
The Australian Bureau of Statistics defines a 'full-time position' as one in which employment is normally for 35 hours a week. There may be some occupations, however, where full-time employment is less than 35 hours a week therefore you may be able to undertake two (2) part time positions in closely related occupations that equate to 35 hours per week. Please also note that any employment that is less than 30 hours a week will not be regarded as full-time.

是不是如果你的全职工作不满35小时一周的话你的兼职工作必须要和全职工作高度相关？
也就是说IT全职的话兼职做IT无关的就不能算小时数了？

持有相同签证的朋友说，475的签证必须居住在偏远地区。而我的理解是只要在3年内加起来在偏远地区住满2年，那就是说开始时你也可以住在市区，等到在偏远地区找到工作，然后再搬过去。这个时间段当然是不能影响你满足在偏远地区的居住2年这个时间要求。比如说居住了3个月就搬到了偏远地区了。在申请永居时，应该没有问题吧？

我理解是不影响。只要留充裕的时间（多于两年）在偏远地区就ok.

While the holder is in Australia, the holder must live, study and work only in a designated area in the State or Territory in which the holder's sponsor lived when the holder was first granted a Skilled - Designated Area-sponsored (Provisional) (Class UZ) visa.

Condition: 8539

While the holder is in Australia, the holder must not live, study or work outside a part of Australia the postcode of which was specified in the Gazette Notice for item 6A1001 of Schedule 6A, as the notice was in force when the condition was imposed.

那按照8539/8549的解释，好像不可以先去偏远地区以外的地方了？

SKILLED - REGIONAL SPONSORED VISA CONDITIONS:

If you are granted a Skilled - Regional Sponsored visa and have been nominated by a state or territory government, you and any secondary applicants will have condition 8539 placed on your visa. This condition requires you to live and work or study in a regional or a low population growth metropolitan area while in Australia. Short absences for holidays or business will however be permitted.
移民局给我的回信如上，既然说短期的不在偏远地区是允许的，我理解应该是可以的。

我的这种情况，大家帮我分析分析。
我现在是457，合同还有一年才结束。不过我申请了475，根据475，我必须搬到边远地区去工作。那么，我可不可以拿到475后，先不去边远地区，然后当前工作结束后，我再搬到边远地区？

今天查了VIC 176的政策， 很明显是要求登陆时开始的2年时间不挪窝哟！
Your sponsorship obligations
Notification of visa grant and arrival
You must email us with notification of DIAC’s decision on your visa application. You must also notify us by email when you arrive in Victoria.

If you are living outside Australia, you do not need to arrive in Australia before a certain date for the purpose of Victorian sponsorship, however DIAC usually stipulate a date by which you must enter Australia on your visa. Contact DIAC directly with any queries regarding this requirement.

Live and work in Victoria for two years
You, and any sponsored dependants, must live in Victoria for the first two years of your sponsored visa. This two year period begins when you enter Australia permanently on your Skilled – Sponsored (176) visa.
Complete five email surveys
There are five short surveys that you must complete over the two year period. The surveys will be sent to you via email.

You will receive your first survey when you arrive in Australia and then you will receive one every six months.

The responses and feedback in the surveys are used to evaluate and improve the Victorian Government’s Skilled and Business Migration Program.

Employment
While we hope you are able to find work in your nominated occupation, it is not mandatory to work in your nominated occupation.

475是可以挪窝的。但是，如果日后想申请887，则必须挪窝前和挪窝后都在指定地区。此外，决定挪窝时，也要知照一下原先担保你的州和接下来要去居住的州。

那亲戚担保的475如果要挪窝的话,该通知谁啊?
