You are able to lodge a 176 nomination application now as your occupation is on our list and on DIACs schedule 4.   However, the application will not be processed until our State Migration Plan has been finalised.  Because of the Federal election results (or lack there of, it may be many months before the Plan is finalised).  Processing will start then.  Because of our very large, your application, if lodged may  not be processed for many months.

I hold the ACS skill assessment letter with 2231-79 (Linux),  and I noticed it is on your 176 eligible list, but 2231-79 is not in the new SOL schedule 3 list.  I heard Queensland open it's state sponsorship right now. May I apply for your 176 sponsorship base on my current situation? Or I have to wait when the SMP comes out?

我是看了其他同学的消息，才去打听证实的

QLD 又快通过率又高，难道很缺人？

7月初打过电话问QLD，电话里说IT目前不受理；后来又发了封信详细把自己情况说了下，信回复说，他们会以转换表来转换，2231-79代码可以转换成 261399，可以提交的。于是我递交了QLD的申请，递交后QLD就来了封类似官方统一回复的信，没其他消息。当我新的ACS review代码261313出来了后，我发了封mail过去，说以新的职业来申请州担保，QLD回复说：如果以新的代码申请直接被拒，旧代码的话不被拒，但要等SMP出来后再处理。

所有向往QLD  IT的筒子们，还是等QLD的SMP吧。 新代码出来后我递交了ACT的州担保，除了收到一封信，说是接收了我的递交外，没其他消息。估计也是在等SMP计划。

LS你的ACS是否需要revalid?好像1年有效？

lz说的不就是我嘛。这的确是个好消息，也从侧面反应了SMP的优先级要比Schedul3上的高。现在唯一担心的就是SMP出台后申请太多来不及处理。

前几天他们的回复：
We are only nominating occupations where the occupation is on one of the eligible skills lists on our website and also on the Schedule 3 (DIAC list).  At the moment the match to ASCO 2231-79 is not listed on Schedule 3.  You will have to wait until our State Migration Plan is released (some time after the election) to see if your occupation may end up on that list.

按楼主说的:2231-79(Linux)可以申请它的176,但SMP出来后才会审理,估计到时转为261399(Linux).
而楼上说的:因为不在S3,所以不能提名申请,等SMP出来之后再看情况.
为什么楼上的和楼主得到的回复不同? 还是我理解错了?

可能因为bg4cpx只提到ASCO 2231-79而没有提专业

毕竟不是所有的2231-79的专业都在老的QLD eligible list里面

我得到的回复与此类似。但他们现在并不会拒掉261399的申请，只是把它们搁置，看SMP的结果，而同时其它的申请都是处理中的。因为QLD的申请不需要缴费，我并不认为邮件的回复暗示了任何SMP的内容，而只是“你现在申请一个排上队也无所谓，反正不花钱”的意思。个人理解。

这个也太诡异了吧?also on the Schedule 3,然后等SMP出来再看,怎么觉得这些规定都自相矛盾的.

因为PASA 5.0开篇有一段话

You are eligible to apply for your PASA re-validation if:
•        You have been previously assessed as suitable as a PASA applicant but your skills assessment result is due to expire or has expired, or
•        Your previous PASA application was received on or after 1 July 2010.
Please note: if your previous PASA application was received before 1 July 2010, you must lodge a new PASA application.


大概要重新评估了，那就是400大洋

revstar还在编故事求暗示呢，看回复等SMP还需要几个月时间，我正考虑评估成261312 Developer programmer先把175的尽快提交了，261312 也在S4里面，等SMP出了再看能不能转了。

你是说SMP出来以后就不能转了？ 我记得以前有个帖子提了这么一句，这说法确定了么？

只有一些州给出的说法，但是否能提交要询问移民局，似乎还没有同学问了并且得到过确定的回复。
