An insurance company based in Sydney CBD have a requirement for a Level 2 support contractor to join their team. This is an initial six month contract with an almost definite extension for the right person.
You will be supporting 150 users onsite face to face and will also remotely support users in Melbourne. Initially you will be part of a small team and then will be the sole Level 2 support resource onsite due to an upcoming restructure. We therefore need someone who has worked in a similar environment.
