刚来澳洲 最近办了张commonwealth 的debit master card。卡到俺手了，但有一系列问题还是不太明白 希望有大虾们能够帮忙指点一下
1。我拿到卡 说要激活 俺就到netbank输16位卡号 然后果真有封邮件发过来

2。过几天银行是不是要给我pin码 这个怎么换？ 是不是pin只是用在ATM上取现用？
3。开户时 staff给了我三张纸条 有complete access、netbank save、branch、account name、bsb、account number还有卡上16位卡号，这些都在什么时候用得到啊

当你拿到卡后，一般银行会在其它日子寄给你密码，你没收到吗？若没收到密码，就拿着卡和你的个人驾照或护照到银行去要求重新设置密码。

debit master card是可以当作信用卡的借记卡，只是不能透支。若要交学费可以的，因为debit master card有16位，可以提供这个卡号，并转入这个账户足够的钱。

netbank saver 是另一个账户，起到定活两便的作用，利率较高。你有多余的钱就放在natbank saver账户里，利率约3-5%，每个月都有利息。

超市购物刷卡可以用密码。

1，激活的就该能用的，不过我也是激活了还有激活那个选项，不晓得为什么。。。
2. pin码到ATM上换就行了。可以用pin消费的，取现也没问题。
3. complete access、netbank save是两种不同的账户类型
4. complete access 是平时转账，付钱，取款，消费用的、netbank save我理解是存款账户，利息高
5. 利息不知道，据说关联了税号会高？？刷卡没有手续费吧，用pin，这边刷卡都要选择账户类型，一把选credit，没有credit的地方就是选saving
6. 转账就行了吧。

netbank save 高息存款账户
branch
account name
bsb
account number
以上4个叫bank detail，如果别人要转帐给你，就要把这些信息给出去
卡上16位卡号：用于网上支付，当信用卡号一样用

4。netbank上 有complete access 和netbank saver 这两个是干什么用的啊 国内汇钱到哪个账户？
前者是一般往来帐户，取现帐户，后者是高息存款账户，接受任何汇款都用complete access

5。存netbank利息是怎么算的  刷卡的手续费用是多少啊 用签名还是密码？
我拿到的是年息6.5%，一个月计息一次，直接打你账户上，
同行ATM取现无手续费，其他银行ATM取现每次2刀，刷卡消费一般是商家付手续费，少数低档商家会向顾客收手续费，实际是非法的。
用签名还是密码你自己作主的。

6。如果交学费 怎么使用此卡？
确保complete access 上有足够的钱，到学校刷卡即可。
