Seek help: Interview with 3M

Has anyone interviewed with 3M before in its logistics division or any other division? Just want ot get a feel how the work environment, culture and career development opportunities are like. And some interview tips as well if possible. Thanks

3M 的文化最近几年变得很多。自从Jim从GE过来后带来了迥然不同的文化，有点伤元气了。jim做了4年，不太成功。乔治05年上台做CEO后好像稍微稳定了一点。很好得公司。很稳定，pay也不错。一直在美国最受欢迎得雇主list上排名前面。建议你多看看3M 的网站，在找找关于澳洲3m 的资料，大公司，网上找资料很容易的。
多谈谈innovation, 那是3M 出名的地方。

Could you give some advice on how to prepare for the interview thoroughly? I normally prepare for it by just going through some typical questions. But I wonder if there are better ways to do it? Or can you refer me to some docs or posts or websites or whatever recourses that can answer my question?
