子女101签证2个月19天获批

给大家汇报一下子女101最近的进度（2017年1月份）

1. 2016-10-31 提交申请
2. 2016-11-17 收到体检申请
3. 2016-11-18 体检完成
4. 2017-1-18 granted

一共2个月19天，官方文件说101最多等待14个月，low risk也需要7-8个月，本来做好打算可能至少半年以上，没想到如何神速。

首先按照DIBP的说法，101签证处理时间为：Low risk 3个月，high risk 14个月。参见http://www.border.gov.au/about/a ... processing-times#lr
至于楼主说的7-8个月，应该是指802签证，low risk 7个月，high risk 8个月。上面链接上也有说明。

其次，low risk和high risk的区分在于ETA,:
Low risk applies to nationals from countries which issue ETA eligible passports. A list of these can be found on the department's website.

High risk countries are those which are not ETA eligible.

其实就是允许申请601签证的nationals,

Electronic Travel Authority (subclass 601)
The Electronic Travel Authority lets you visit Australia for tourism or business purposes if you hold a passport from a certain country. Chinese passport holders are not eligible to apply for an ETA.

由此可见，中国应该是high risk的类型，所以应该是14个月才对。所以无法理解为何楼主3个月获批。

那么我想知道现在中国Passport国内申请101签证都是3个月吗？因为这个关系到我什么时候申请101签证。

1. 关于1229表，要求提供：copy of each non-migrating parent’s ID card
我的问题是： 中国的身份证复印件需要翻译并公证吗？ 如果提供的是护照复印件，也需要翻译并公证吗？

2. 47CH表: Part E – Health
28 Has the child, or any other person included in this application, undertaken
a health examination for an Australian visa in the last 12 months?

这里应该选No吗？

3.

1. 我并未提供这一项，如果提供，我想应该是护照公证吧
2. 应该是NO，除非你的孩子12个月之内曾经做过移民体检

3. 如果有还在有效期之内的签证，应该填Yes

4. 缴费的选项我都是空着的，我是递交申请的时候交现金的
