拼凑作文第二遍，第一次尝试去套模板，恳请大家批评指教。

With the increasing use of mobile phones and computers, fewer people write letters. Some people think that the traditional skill of letter writing will completely disappear. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is true that new technologies have had influence on communication among people.  Some people argue that the traditional skill of letter writing will vanish in future.  I disagree with this view because I believe that it still will take an important role in people daily life.

It is undeniable that modern communication tools have influence on the traditional tools. To start with, people willing to choose the fashion communicate tools such as smart phone and computers because these equipments always have amazing design and can be carried easily. Moreover, modern phones and computers have powerful and efficiency communication functions. For instance, smart phones and internet allow business people in different countries to take meetings share photos without meet together. Lastly, people using phones, computers can get instant respond without any delay, by contrast, it may be need a dozen days to receive the letters. In other words, people are getting impatient to wait for the letter arriving.

On the other hand, the unique features of writing letters are irreplaceable to some extent. For instance, a letter is more likely to be kept by people who receive it because it is memorable. Instead, instant message or phone calls would usually be forgotten by people because they are just some digital information stored in our cell phones. Furthermore, typing emails by computers is an inevitable way for modern communication. It still needs the skill of formal writing which assists people to communicate effectively.

To sum up, the increasing use of mobile phones and computers to exchange messages will threaten the popularity of writing letters, but the traditional skill of letter writing would never disappear if the formal writing skill will be taught properly.
