我们11月16日收到了中介转给我们的移民局要求交语言培训费的信。11月24日MASTER CARD扣款成功，可是到今天还没消息。信上是这样写的“Please send to this office your passport and each family member's passport (unless you wish to have your visas evidenced by other posts) with a copy of this letter, payment/proof of payment made for the Visa Application Charge within 28 days. ”提到28天内交款是否也包括在28天内把签证寄到移民局呢？问了中介说只是要求28天付款，剩下的时间就是等。本来一直很淡定。这两天看了有因为迟交语言费被拒签的，心里就有点七上八下了。算算从收到信到今天就差一天28天了。各位大虾能指点一下吗？
