Overseas technical support senior engineer
Descriptions:
1.        Responsible for providing technical support of our overseas products pre and after sales;
2.        Cooperate the clients with system solution, selection of product types and technical communication;
3.        Responsible for the training for clients of the products or business;
4.        Response to client’s warranty and compliant calls promptly. Then provide maintenance and replacement service;
5.        Learn about the latest local Photovoltaic policy and submit market observation reports regularly;
6.        Visit clients regularly and feedback their advice and suggestions of our product. Provide market demand information of our products.
7.        Help the Marketing to maintain and develop potential clients.

Qualifications:
1.        Can use English /German as work language;
2.        Bachelor or above degree in power electronics, energy related engineering major. Having  overseas study or overseas work experience is preferred;
3.        Give priority to those who have ability of PV system design and technical support of inverter, frequency converter and UPS;
4.        Excellent expression ability. Strong communication and overseas survival skill;
5.        Honest, good professionalism and professional ethics, hard-working;
6.        Have a driver's license, male or female;
7.        Work place: Near Birmingham, UK or Frankfurt, Germany or Australia. The station has office and a car is configured.
