165自助：165签证最核心的问题：资金来源

我的问题是这样写的：
1139 form Part E中要求“providing an historical account of how these assets were accumulated”，并且“Funds used to purchase a designated investment in Australia must be accumulated as a result of you, or your and your spouse's, business or eligible investment activities”.
165.222 (2) (c)说：fund were "accumulated from the qualifying business or eligible investment activities"
我的问题是：
1）这里说的申请人资产的“historical account” ，historically要向前追溯到什么时候？也就是说accumulation是从什么时候算起？是最近5年的historical account吗？5年前的accumulation还要提供historical account吗？还是要从申请人的第一枚cent起的historical account？
2）在说明historical account的时候，需要提供证明材料吗？对证明材料有要求吗？例如追溯期内的工资证明、股票/债券交易证明、存款证明等？对工资证明的最低要求是什么？（例如单位开证明）如果单位不给开工资证明怎么办？
他的回复：
Applicant is required, under clause 165.222(2), to demonstrate that his eligible investment assets were able to generate sufficient profits from them to have accumulated the funds needed to make a designated investment of AUD750,000. Applicant needs to provide verifiable documents to evidence how he has managed to acquire and accumulated the funds from the eligible investment activities.
请注意，他们都是引用Migration Regulations 1994来回答我们的问题，是非常严谨的法律语言。因此如何理解他们的法律语言很关键。于是我又发了一个EMAIL说：
您的回复我仔细地看了，还有些模糊的地方，希望您能明确地指出我的下述理解是否正确
1）AUD750,000必须直接来自于1个或数个投资行为，即the funds from the eligible investment activities
2）累积的投资利润应该达到AUD750,000，即sufficient profits from them to have accumulated the funds
以上两点必须用verifiable documents来证实。至于创造上述AUD750,000投资利润的投资行为的原始资金的来源---是工资、借款、抑或是前述投资行为以外的其他投资行为所产生的利润---则不在移民官必须了解的范围之内，申请人也不是必须提供证明该原始资金的document。
这次他的答复非常简单，就是YES，他还另外写了一段话
Please note that in assessing the ownership and source of assets used for a designated investment, assessing officer may made enquiries into the source of funds of the initial capital for eligible investment as well as for the designated investment. If assessing officers have concerns as to how the applicant accumulated funds for a bank deposit sufficient to generate the designated investment, they may make enquiries to satisfy themselves that the original funds were accumulated legally.
实际上，他还是说，移民官只管产生这75万的投资利润的投资行为是否合法，至于用于投资的原始资金，移民官只会MAY make ENQUIRIES to satisfy themselves，只是移民官的个人兴趣问题，当然假如他们从中发现你的原始资金是非法所得，也会对你产生不利影响，但该不利影响，我理解并不重要，因为这是以前的非法的事情，与当前的75万是合法的事实是两回事情。 |
