什么是Australian Values Statement

收到CO的邮件， 要求：
Please in addition to the outstanding documents, provide an Australian Values Statement for your spouse

找了一圈， 只找到这么个文字。 是不是就这样打印，签字，上传？
Australian Values Statement
I confirm that I have read, or had explained to me, information provided by the Australian Government on Australian society and values.
I understand:
。。。。。。
If I meet the legal qualifications for becoming an Australian citizen and my application is approved I understand that I would have to pledge my loyalty to Australia and its people.

是不是每个人都会遇到呢？还是随机抽样的？
