大学入学前的材料

准备要入学了，大学发送了这样的邮件，想确认一下。
You will need to meet the two conditions on the Authority to Enrol before you can enrol, i.e. the University will need to sight original evidence of:
·         Australian citizenship or permanent residency
·         IELTS Test Report Form
在申请时这两样我都扫描提交了，护照还拿去公证了，不知道为什么入学还要提交原件？
由于我申请时提交的是5年前的雅思成绩，结果他们还是发送了OFFER。不请吃醋为啥还要看原件？
有人拿过期的雅思成绩，甚至G类的也成功入学的吗？
