杯具了，ACS评估这回时间很紧了

材料3月初寄出的，海关口了5天，3月14号收到ACS发出的邮件给了登录帐号。邮件内容如下：
Dear Mr ×××,
Thank you for your Skills Assessment Application to the Australian Computer Society. Your application reference number is ×××.
This notification may be used as confirmation to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) that you have lodged an application with the ACS.
You can track the progress of your application (or update your personal details) through our web site at http://www.acs.org.au/skillsapp/index.asp, using the following credentials (please note these values are case sensitive):
Application No: ×××
Password: ×××
As a general rule, applicants should allow at least twelve weeks between the time of making a complete and satisfactory application to the ACS and a decision being made by the responsible decision maker.

Timelines may be extended by a number of factors, including the numbers of incoming applications, complexity of applications, incomplete applications, requests from the ACS for additional information and the time taken by the applicant to provide additional or revised information.

Please do NOT contact Australian Computer Society within this timeframe unless absolutely necessary, as it will further delay processing times for all applications.
The ACS does not offer a priority service nor can guarantee an exact processing time.
Please check that the spelling of your name is correct above, if you should see an error please email us immediately so this can be rectified.

3.14登录后显示信息是3.8data received，状态in progress，但是诡异的是信用卡一直没有扣款。
今天上午写了封信过去，Case Owner Henny Chandra回了两封信。内容如下：
第一封：
Dear ×××，

This is to advise that documentation has been received and that we will proceed with your application based on these documents.

Please note that the time spent waiting for further documents does not count as part of the processing time.

Yours sincerely,


第二封：
Dear Mr ×××,

Skills Assessment ref no ×××

This is to advise that you have applied for General application type and you have provide the payment advise in your application form for the application fee and the International Express Courrier, however the fee for International Express Courrier is $45 instead of $34.

Please let me know if you wish the result letter to be posted by International Express Courrier ($45) or by Registered Post (you do not need to provide additional fee).

我原来以为3.14给的信就是告知data received，case IP了。没想到今天又收到一封类似data received的信，另外一封说国际快递从34涨价到45澳刀。

各位帮忙分析下我的case到底是什么情况。
1. 钱到现在还没有扣，这样理解我的case岂不是被晾在一边半个多月了？？
2. 快递费涨价了？网站上完全没有任何说明
3. 我的case难道今天才算data received？现在登录ACS的网站查询状态是从来没有听过的Status  Awaiting Payment

算12周评估时间，现在很危险了。
友情提醒各位做ACS的坛友，对case不清楚的一定要发信去问，不要跟我一样拖了几周才发信。另外墙裂BS ACS的人的工作效率，太慢太没有规矩了
