另外，需要提供收件人电话么？

最好提供一个他们前台的电话，这样更保险一点，毕竟信封里承载着你对未来的期盼，呵呵。

Can I contact the office regarding the progress of my application?

Please do not contact state branch offices. All skills assessment applications are processed out of the National Office in Sydney and state branch office staff members are not able to assist you with your enquiries. You can contact the National Office at assessment@acs.org.au or +61 (0)2 8296 4410.
