1023表收件人？

请问1023表是发给adelaide processing center吗？：aspc.processing@immi.gov.au
是否需要附加PLE？

在电签上传文档的类别里找不到 1023，所以我猜测是发往aspc.

请有经验的童鞋帮忙确认一下，多谢！
