My CDR was signed for receipt on 2010-Nov-17 and yesterday EA informed me to wait for 3 or 4 weeks for them to assign an assesser to my CDR.

I got the same comment from EA as well.

Seem that we should send the CDR before we get the IELTS result. By the way, good luck.

不要灰心，看你签名，你的水平应该到了，加油！
我记得我准备IELTS时也看到过你，当时还说你跟我差不多同时递EA的，还签的同一个中介
