IELTS过了，但是ACS还在IP中，可以先申请VIC SMP 吗？

偶鸭子过了，但是ＡＣＳ还一直ＩＰ，有５０天了，我可以先申请VIC的SMP，然后等ACS评估一拿到，就补资料么
这样可以吗？
有没有人有经验的啊？
昨天发了邮件问vic，然后今天收到回复了，说acs刚开始的时候不是必须的，但是保险起见，还是等拿到ACS再申请吧，免得第一次失败，后面就来不及了

Making an application
To complete an application form visit our website through the following link: www.liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au/ma ... r-visa-sponsorship.
As part of your application you must attach:
a detailed resume/curriculum vitae (CV) - this should be in Microsoft Word format
Sponsorship Declaration - available to download in the initial stages of the application.

The following documents are not required at initial time of application, however they may be requested as part of the assessment process. If they are applicable and are requested, you will be given reasonable time to provide them:
your offer of employment (if applicable)
your skill(s) assessment
your IELTS assessment
your trade qualification/certificates.

Points to note
We do not require hard copies of any documents.
It may take up to twelve weeks to process your application.
Should the sponsorship application be successful, the sponsorship will be valid for four months from the date of the approval notification.
The Skilled and Business Migration Program has no legal authority to deal with migration requirements or points required for migration. Any questions regarding migration beyond Victorian Government sponsorship should be directed to the Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).

不过看你的状态，后来的VIC也没问题吧，总体时间有节省吗？顺便崇拜一下你的英语。

失败后，6个月内不能再申请。
申请SMP时会有个选项，6个月内是否有申请过，我个人认为，如果勾选了这一项的话，州政府很可能会忽略这个申请。
