如题，本人在国内，想在澳大利亚注册一家公司，同时注册一个品牌，请问有没有谁能够帮的上这个忙，或者指点一下也可以，或者合作也可以，有相应酬谢。具体可以站内信谈。

你人不在澳洲不是问题， 问题是如果你在国内的话，不知道你有没有税号，没有税号的话是不可以注册的。如果一定要注册，就要找个澳洲这边的人合作，这个人做director,你做share holder。我最近也在研究做个自己的公司，你有兴趣的话，可以一起研究。 我qq914276581

从零开始

在澳大利亚注册一家公司，同时，是件很容易的事，注册资金也不像国内，我们一般都只填100元。我和我的一些朋友们都是注册的有限责任公司。如果你人在国内，只不过想注册一家公司，委托中介，估计公司900刀搞定，注册一个品牌，100多吧，记不清了。公司章程之类全做好了。如果是商业移民，还不如到了再做，先拿到税号。再申请。一般一周就可以把公司申请好了

如果公司是大型私企或非澳洲居民控股的小型私企，每年都要 在财政年度结束4个月后递交年度财务报告
