收到汽车第三方保险税单，看不懂，请高人指点

买了三方险后，收到一张AAMI的tax invoice
上面说aami wants you to avoid having a GST liablity on any claim we settle for you. You will have a liablity if you are (or someone else is) entitled to a GST credit on this premium and you've either:
. Not told us; or
. Understand that entitlement.

我看了半天看不懂，搞不明白什么意思。自己网上搜索了一圈，貌似好像车如果是公司名义或者ABN名义买的，可以部分退税是吗？但我是私人买的，所以不用理这个东西，对吗？
