stop 让行的问题

有些问题搞不太清澈，上来寻求帮助

问题一：十字路口，我这边和对面都有stop牌，我右转，对面有几辆车排成一列要直行，应该让对面所有的车还是只让第一辆？
问题二：十字路口，我这边和对面都有stop牌，我右转，对面车直行，但是我比对面的车早到路口一秒钟，谁让谁？

我自己平时开车就是
问题一：只让第一辆车
问题二：谁先到谁优先

不知道考试的时候这样是否可以

问题一：两边都是STOP，根据转弯让直行，你要让所以直行和对面左转的车。
问题二：跟问题一样。
你那种开车方法一看就是中国式的，就算对方把你撞了，也是你的负全责任，最少也会被人家滴的。
除非你已经开到路中间，对方才让你。

楼主这是在玩命呢，你这样的转弯法，被别人撞是迟早的问题，这边人开车都很快，好好学习一下交规吧。

呵呵，主要是国内从没见过stop这种情况
只让第一辆，主要是考虑对面第一辆的车开走后，后面的那辆必须要在stop线停一下，利用这个时间差而已
在对面的车停的时候，我的车已经出了stop线，在路中间了，我就有优先权。
不过大家都认为这么不对，那还是我考虑错了

最基本的
1、所有转弯车都要让路给所有直行车
2、大转让小转

否则出了任何事情都是要让路的车兜进

话说上次有个拿L牌的华人男子带着刚出生没多久的宝宝带着老婆父母出了车祸好像就是因为该他give way 而他没有最终好像只剩下老婆儿子

图只画了A车和B车同时在线上的情况，所以才在这有疑问，不清楚两个车不是同时在线上应当怎么处理

T字路口倒不一定有stop牌——看地上的线。实线还是虚线？

交规不能这么独立的看一段，而是应该结合相关内容来看。

另外楼主你开车的时候还能知道对面的也有stop 或者giveway 啊？从你这一侧看不到吧？

yes, you are right.
the point is: You can't just follow one rule.让路原则不仅仅是stop一条。在stop上，你和它是对等的。但假如他是直行你是右拐，那么根据拐弯让直行的原则，你必须让他。假如他右拐，你右拐，那么根据大拐让小拐的原则，还是你让他，不是么？你看了几条give way的交规？

这好像说的是必须避让行人

记得：行人是最大路权持有者。这是为什么在没有红绿灯的路口，你也必须让crossing行人的原因。澳洲有一点好：红灯禁止左拐，就算有标明可以左拐的地方，也必须give way to pedestrians。我一直觉得，在中国这种有车就NB死的国度，就得取消红灯可以小拐弯的交规！几乎就没人在执行所谓的“拐弯让直行”的规则。

这不就结了。要让就得一让到底，尤其是你觉得对方速度比较快，你抢它一下它很可能要刹车才能避免撞到你。

另外提醒楼主：stop要就是要stop your car--remain stationary。路考一般要求停满3秒，看右，看左，看对面（假如有对面），再看右，然后在确定安全的情况下才能做下一步动作。

实际开车中虽然没有这么标准，但是警察其实还是可以根据你做的情况来罚还是不罚你的噢。
