31 years above is related to Lifetime Health Cover Loadings, 2% per year every year above 31.
And Medicare Levy Surcharge is a different thing. Medicare leve is 1.5% of taxable income generally. The surcharge for medicare levy depends on your family income, applying different rates.
Don't confuse with the 2 please.
