ACS 回信了，需要重新申请？

6月底提交了ACS revalidation。7月1号 Status  In process. 之后发邮件去问延期后能不能变成261313 Software Engineer？ 今天收到答复了：
In regards to your enquiry, you need to apply for a new assessment under standard for the level of qualifications, training and work experience
required for an IT Professional as at 1 July 2010. You will not need to supply all of the documents that you submitted in your previous application.
You will need to provide:
*        A new application form
*        Appropriate payment
*        Copy of previous assessment letter
*        Current identification
*        Any additional employer references you have

难道我要重新提交职业评估申请？Appropriate payment 又是什么啊，之前支付的延期费用就作废了？

我估计2231-79要想revalidation到261313，还是要在signed applicant declaration to accompany the application和current identification上面下文章。

对的，我也记得应该说是free of charge的，建议lz去ACS官网看下~上面有很详细的解释。
