看见一个帖子准备了如下的材料，足够么？要提供什么工资单，税单之类的么？

1、application form /CODE 2231-79, ERP/SAP Comsultant, print/
2、birth certificate /notarized/
3、degree /bachelor master/ /notarized/
4、diploma /undergraduate graduate/ /notarized/
5、academic mark sheets /undergraduate graduate/ /notarized/
6、employer reference /CompanyA CompanyB, with Company 章/
7、resume / /
8、fees /cheque $350/
9、work experience /notarized/
10、other a、copy of certificates /not notarized, just for information/
b、copy of passport /not notarized, just for information/
