递交签证，有很多subclass滴。

应该是指除Offshore以外的申请人吧。移民局也在担心7.1那天开闸，众多的Offshore申请人大量涌入会导致系统崩溃。。。

offshore的没有解除。。。我上次没提交成功，但是保存了。
输入ID和密码进去以后还是跟以前一样。。。
