New List of Skilled Occupations Intended to Replace the
Current Skilled Occupation List
It is intended that this list of occupations will form the new Skilled Occupation List, proposed
to come into effect from 1 July 2010. The Minister for Immigration and Citizenship will be
recommending that the Governor-General in Council make amendments to the Migration
Regulations 1994 to give effect to the framework in which this new list would be applied.

219個職業已由澳洲技術移民計畫下高價值職業清單上被剔除，包括廚師、理髮師、記者、私人舞蹈教師、繪圖員、鋼琴調音師及自然療法師等。
新的技術職業清單，反映聯邦政府蓄意阻止外國學生透過所讀低值的課程尋求永久居留的機會。
新的清單由獨立團體「澳洲技術」擬定，將被視為具高度價值的職業由400個大幅縮減至只有181個。
移民部長艾雲斯(CHRIS EVANS)指出，新的清單將確保澳洲的技術移民計畫是由需求來主導，並非由供應來驅使。
他在一篇聲明中指出，陸克文(KEVIN RUDD)政府透過有目標的移民計畫，將吸引最高質素的技術移民，引入真正技術滿足澳洲經濟真正的需求。
新的清單將會對試圖操縱移民系統的人士關上大門，他說。只有具備新清單上職業的人士，才有資格申請獨立一般技術移民。
艾雲斯表示，具備澳洲經濟所需技術的外國學生，仍然可以申請永久居留或由僱主推薦，但澳洲不再會接受根據何華德(JOHN HOWARD)政府所訂指引，數千名廚師及理髮師的申請。
移民部長指出，在上任政府執政時，完成短期職業訓練課程，包括烹飪和理髮，而且英文水準差的人士，幾乎可以肯定以技術移民取得永久居留。
在2007至2008年的財年內，移民部批出4.1萬個一般技術移民簽證，其中逾5000個是批給廚師和理髮師，而他們之中，四分三是在澳洲修讀課程的。這兩個職業已不再在新的清單上出現。
移民部長指出，「澳洲技術」在擬定清單時曾向各業技術議會及主要的行業團體尋求意見，確保清單上的職業是澳洲在中期至長期所需的。
年青澳洲人應有機會受到培訓，和優先填補現時出現的空缺，但有些職業出現受過訓練的人手不足，他說。
「醫院無護士不行，鄉鎮不能沒有當地的家庭醫生，而資源業越來越需要技術人手，」他說。
新的架構建議由7月1日起生效，清單每年修訂。
已經按一般技術移民計畫申請的人士，不受新清單落實的影響。(嘉文)

不知道您说的是做什么三个月？

移民的话 多久不一定 因为这是职业名单 关于审理的优先级的新政策还没有公布 但是通信工程还是应该比较快

通信工程必须去EA做职业评估 最基本的要求是本科工程相关的学位 加上雅思四个六

可以评估electronics engineering 这个专业目前在CSL list 上

不在sol上的职业 如果2月8日之前有学生签证 毕业后可以申请TR 但是不能申请PR

已经递的不受清单影响 但我想以后可能会对审理的速度和优先级有影响吧

上周提交了civil 的 EA  评估材料，新的代码就出来了，那我还需要补充材料吗？

先考雅思 做EA评估吧 EA就要等将近四个月 说不定你PR从递交到批下来都不用这么久~~

如果评估材料全的话就应该不用 职业评估的名称相同就应该没问题~~

翻译没在上面
2月8号以前有485签证或已递交的 以后还可以递PR
在读的翻译如果能满足TR的条件 可以以后递TR 但PR要想别的办法了~~
