Instrument service engineer（电信测试设备/仪表）

公司6月中起即将有个service engineer的职位空缺，有相关背景的同志可以把简历发到我这里。

Duties and skills:

1) All service engineering work of telecom test & measurement (T&M) products in service centre. Including calibration, repair, product upgrade, service transship, spare parts management etc.

2) Knowledge and skills of using T&M equipments in optical & access networks environments. Knowledges of fibre optics, PDH, SDH, cable television, DSL, Ethernet, etc (engineering experience is preferred but not essential).

3) Experience of working with advanced T&M products of different vendors is preferred.  E.g. Agilent, EXFO, Anritsu, Tektronix.  Product may include OTDR, spectrum analyzer, SDH analyzer, DSL meter, etc.

4) Be able to perform basic component level troubleshooting on PCB board. Sould skills of IC and component soldering.

5) Excellent customer support skills as the role requires strong liaison with local customers like Optus, Telstra, AAPT, etc. Candidate must be able to provide technical support and solutions over the phone so fluent English is a must.

6) Knowledge of Oracle database and fibre optics resource management system is preferred but not essential. Good computer literacy (MS Excel, Access, Windows Server).
