Victoria Learner牌照考试Identity document的问题

How many identity documents do I need?
The most you will need to provide for any application is:

    * one primary evidence document (eg. Australian birth certificate or passport)
    * one secondary evidence document (eg. Medicare or bank card)
    * evidence of Victorian residence (if your address is not shown on the primary or secondary documents)
    * evidence of change of name (if your name is different on the primary and secondary documents).

Your signature must appear on one of these documents.

有两个问题：
1，第2项提到"if your address is not shown on the primary or secondary documents." 在passport，或者medicare或者bank card上面能够看到my address么？如果不能，是否意味着第3项是必须的？

2，最后提到“Your signature must appear on one of these documents.” 不知道什么文件会有my signature呢？

第一个答案是肯定的，至于第二个答案，我的是护照，护照有一页上是有本人签名的，不知道你的有么？嘿嘿。

拿有你的adress的bank statement去就可以了

中国护照的最后一页是有签名一栏的，可以提供自己的签名。
