你的 dream house 是什么样子的？

Last night I went out with my friends. We were talking about to find a place in the city, obviously it can be quite expensive. This friend of mine, he owns his own place in a very nice spot in the city where has the most candies wonder around on every weekend.  He had just finished the reinnervation of his place, a 29 square meters place, can be a bit small but perfect for one. It's got a nice view, a small kitchen, a living-dorm room and a bathroom.

Hum, I would love to have his place, except I would turn it into a loft, every thing just in ONE room, including an open kitchen. It would be better if it also balcony and big windows.

What I really think it would be fantastic kinda crazy and fancy would be having an open bathroom!!! Well, at least the shower is open to the living room with a glass door. So I can watch over the living room while having a shower.

After all, this is a place for ONE, so it definitely will utilize the space by having everything in one place.
