求教已经生活在悉尼的筒子们，zetland这个区自住怎么样？

如题。
计划最晚在明年初长登悉尼，首要关心的自然是有个遮蔽的屋顶。
可能先过来读一年的书，过一下语言关，适应一下不同的生活环境。
google map上面看到zetland离unsw和city都不太远，交通貌似也便捷。
其他的情况就了解得很少，期待热心的筒子们能从不同角度，不论巨细地帮助我解惑。

Are you going to rent one room or the whole unit? The rent is pretty high there. I wouldn't say it is convenient to go to UNSW, except by driving.

If you are studying at UNSW, you can try suburbs around it (kingsford, kensington, randwick). There are plenty of buses along the anzac parade and provide fast access to the city as well.

不用急着卖房，悉尼大得很，到处住住，自己感受下，读完书安定下来再买实际点。

谢谢楼上两位。确实打算先去unsw读书。我看到有bus可以到学校。
或者我可以骑车去上学吗？我看到有规划一个cycle lane？
这个区域的生活便利、治安、幼儿园之类的情况怎么样呢？
因为可能要带孩子过来，心里总感觉租房不够稳定。。。
