ACS PASA 工作经验证明相关疑问

准备了一个多月，本来都准备提交ACS 评估了，政策又变了。 仔细看了一下ACS PASA里面的要求，关于工作经验方面证明的事情不是很了解。大家一起看看呢？
1.3.        If you are reluctant to approach your current employer for a statement of service that you need for your application, you may submit a personal statement on a properly signed and witnessed Statutory Declaration. The Statutory Declaration is to detail as a minimum:

        the reason/s why you are submitting a Statutory Declaration; and
        all the necessary detail about your employment experience.

Important: If you provide a Statutory Declaration with your application, you must also provide some form of corroborative information from a third party for the claims made in the Statutory Declaration.

1.4.        You may submit a reference from your colleague who occupies or has occupied a higher position than you, within the organisation you were employed at, on a properly signed and witnessed Statutory Declaration. The Statutory Declaration is to detail as a minimum:

        the reason/s why your colleague is submitting a Statutory Declaration and
        all the necessary detail about your employment experience.

Important: If you provide a Statutory Declaration with your application, you must also provide some form of corroborative information from a third party for the claims made in the Statutory Declaration.

In this case, you must provide an organisation chart showing upward and downward reporting relationships. All titles must be included. The organisation chart must be verified by your colleague’s immediate supervisor. A company seal is not sufficient, the document must be signed.

问题1： 里面提到的statutory declaration在国内通过什么机构做呢？有没有固定的格式啊？
问题2： 1.3里面提到的personal statement和1.4提到的找职位比自己高的colleague做到statement是不是二者选一即可呢？ 还是我必须找职位比自己高的同事？
问题3： 1.4里提到的organisation chart是哪个公司都需要提供的吗，还要盖章？ 那不是和1.3矛盾了吗，我既然已经reluctant让现任公司知道了，还要去盖章啊？
问题4： 目前的要求是不是在我原来准备的推荐信上再加一个statutory declaration就够了，我指的只是关于工作经验这块。

I have a question concerning the work experience evidence during the skill assessment.

In the Guideline document:

"Statements must be dated, signed by your employer or a person authorised by your employer (the name, position and contact details of the person making the statement must be clearly indicated) and must include details of the exact periods of employment and a full and detailed description of the nature and content of your work. Where possible, statements should be on company letterhead."

My situation is that:

I am/was in a large company(more than 3000 employees), and the CEO will not sign the Statements for me about the Skill Assessment /Immigration request(he is too busy, and not in the same country with me), so Can I find someone from HR department to sign the document or my department/direct managers to sign the document? If yes, do I also need the company seal besides the signature or a signed organization chart?

刚给北京的一家公证处打了电话，那边说不给办，只有问问律师或者大使馆了。

问题1： 里面提到的statutory declaration在国内通过什么机构做呢？有没有固定的格式啊？
我理解这个东东不需要找机构做，这个其实是找一个人给你写个证明，但是是有法律效率的，如果说假话是违法的。你可以在wikipedia里面嗖嗖看。另外，应该有一定的格式。

问题2： 1.3里面提到的personal statement和1.4提到的找职位比自己高的colleague做到statement是不是二者选一即可呢？ 还是我必须找职位比自己高的同事？
1.3说的是替代employer的statement,    1.4的同事的reference是起补充作用，是optional的（注意里面的may)。按照说明是必须找比自己职位高的同事，但是我不太理解是不是一定是经理，如果technical上高行不行。

Again，这个是optional的，所以不矛盾。那个Organisation chart是要你的同事的advisor签名就可以了。不需要公司盖章。我的疑问是那个organisation chart到底要写成什么样子，要多详细。如果真是整个部门的所有的人，是不是太夸张了，这个东西可能还是confidential的吧，那老板可能不愿意签字。

minimum是公司的statement，或者personal statement + stautory declration. 同事的reference当然更好。

按照新要求，如果不想让现公司出证明，自己写personal 的statement，做statutory declaration， 但里面也有要求 you must also provide some form of corroborative information from a third party for the claims made in the Statutory Declaration.

这个colleague's referenceletter确实有点麻烦。按照ACS的说法，必须是高级别的。你可以试试看从不同的角度说明其实他们比你还是要高一点点的。呵呵。但是还需要你同事的 manager给organisation chart签名。我也正烦这事儿呢，现在还不想让老板知道。不过同事的reference貌似也不是必须的。

Again, 这个是说的如果没有employer的证明，自己写statement+statutory declaration。这个第三方不一定是机构吧。我也不太懂。我想可以是你的同事吧。这个同事只要证明你在statutory declaration里面说的是真的就ok了。
