全文如下:
Dear Sir,
The assessment time has moved to 16 weeks so I can't guarantee that you will receive an outcome before Christmas.
Thank you for your request for urgency, and a copy of the DIAC letter.
I note that DIAC has requested a 28-day timeframe for response, with instructions: "If you are unable to provide some of the required documents by due date (such as medical results or police checks) for reasons beyond your control, please send us evidence (for example receipts) that you have applied for these documents."
I see no evidence that the assessment outcome is required within this timeframe. All that DIAC is requesting is some evidence that your assessment application has been lodged, and you should be able to do that by means of your assessment receipt ... and many DIAC case officers have confirmed this to be indeed the case to applicants.
I trust that this clarifies the situation for you. Until we receive a genuine and valid request for urgency, then we are not inclined to accelerate your assessment. |
