英文信头是什么样的？

在写推荐信时，要求有letterhead（见http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/g ... xperience-study.htm），但显然，中国信笺的信头与外国信笺的信头不一样。求哪位高手出附一张外国信笺样本，好让我们知道如何自制推荐信信笺。如中国的信笺，天头（页眉）处是单位的名字，地址、电话、传真等都在页脚处，不知外国的是什么样子？因为要求上说了，the reference should show the official letterhead of the company or government department providing the reference；
the letterhead should indicate clearly the full address of the company and any telephone, fax numbers, email and website addresses 。
