护照变更的929表怎么发给DIAC呀？

护照快过期了，今天换了新的，翻以前的帖子看到要填929表，从imm上下载了，也填好了，该发送了，发愁了

1. 按照我的理解，PLE是查询用的，应该不是用来发表的吧？
2. 直接上传到supporting document？可是DIAC说要提前通知他们的
3. check progress of online application里，有一个链接：If you have been instructed to provide additional information or need to tell the department about a change in your personal circumstances, you may use the "Contact the Department" link below. 这个链接貌似可以给DIAC发message，可是不能上传附件
4. 发email给DIAC？email地址又是什么？

糊涂了，彻底糊涂了。。。哪位TX能帮忙解答？
