4) Evidence that all applicants have booked a health examination at Health Services Australia. 体检预约证明

For Points Test Requirements:
5) Evidence of English language ability if claiming additional points for having proficient English. 雅思4个7成绩单
6) Evidence of fluency in Community Language. 本科学位公证，成绩单公证，中文授课证明。（可用清华认证代替？）

Personal Documents:
7) Certified copy of passport bio data page for all applicants. 同1）
8) Certified copies of birth certificates or other evidence of age. 同1）
9) Evidence that all applicants aged 16 years or over have applied for a National Police Check in the past 12 months. 无刑公证
