有人租过昆士兰的政府房子吗？

最近正在租房子。后来到昆士兰的政府网站一看。发现他们也是有公房啊。请问这样的房子好吗？容易租吗？有没有人租过啊？

Is there any experienced guys/gals willing to share info about the national house rental?

There is one item of the criteria listed stating that:
Item No 5: You must have an independent income of at least $174 per week.

Can this income be an OVERSEA income?

I got it: one of the conditions must be a QLD job holder.

No point for new migrants unless u got a job at hand b4 landing.
