This position is most suited to a highly motivated person with a proven track record in programming and who is keen on developing their skills.  We are committed to using the latest iseries technologies including RPG/Free, SQL/RPG, Service programs and sub-procedure calls.

What we are looking for:
• Great RPG/ILE knowledge OR considerable experience in another Business Language (such as COBOL) and a desire to cross train to RPG/ILE
• Excellent development life cycle and analysis skills
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret functional and technical programming specifications, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations
• Familiarity with the WDSc  or any other eclipse-based development environment would be an advantage
• Insurance industry experience would be a definite advantage but is not an essential criteria

You will take responsibility for assigned work, provide accurate and responsible estimates taking into account all aspects of the development life cycle and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

我不大喜欢非对象的语言，所以找一直没有找400的工作。当然没工作的话，做400一点问题都没有。
