另外，lz能帮忙查下Westmead这个区的吗？
主要是Moss place, westmead 2145和Good St,westmead 2145，这两条街的报告。

从中介那里了解到，从4月后很多中介的成交价登记策略以已经变化。

合同里会出现合同价（叫价，最后能查询的价格）和实际成交价在合同备注里。

也就是说很多中介尤其是卖地中介的最后你能查询到的价格是虚高的，非真实的。

千万别上当。。。

很多数据可能会差10%左右。
实例：我最近买一块地的合同价：335000，体现在数据库查询结果中
实际支付价格317000 在合同备注里。

只能说“有些”或“很少”，不可能“很多”。至少我身边人买房的价格，都对得上的。

哈哈. 我是在DOMAIN上看的SOLD RESULT. 不用花钱的. 虽然有时没有价钱, PRICE HOLD. 不过还是有一半的卖价可以看到的. 我都做了快半年的功课了.
