Gordon 2-bedroom unit 出租!（已租）

我们5月底要搬去自己买的房子里, 这个Unit按照我们的Lease还有几个月到期, 已通知Agent我们要提前终止合同, Agent会出广告招租, 建议我们也广告一下.

(1)到Gordon火车站走路2分钟;到City半小时(16公里)
(2)2 bedroom/1 bathroom/balcony/with a LUG
(3)Killara high school catchment(校车很多)
(4)到shopping centre走路3分钟,各种饭馆,商店,银行(cba,westpac,st george,nab,),Post office, medical centre, Pharmacy都近在咫尺
(5)up north shore area, 到Gordon和Killara 的Golf球场非常近, 走路10分钟可到Black butt creek做bush walk.开车10分钟可到Middle Harbor creek泛舟,钓鱼(比较多的鱼是Bream, whiting等)
(6)到Public tennis court(4 个场地)走路4分钟
(7)房东还可以提供冰箱,微波炉,Bed, mattress等(因为我们有,房东的就扔在车库里)
(8)First floor. (楼上还有一层; Ground floor 是车库)

I would like to know what you think about Gordon? Is it a good place to live?

my answer is definitely yes.

The surroundings is very peaceful. It's safe, convenient. the library is the best one in sydney(I think).

The Ku-ring-gai Council administrative buildings are located in Gordon.

Very good restaurants, include Chinese food, Thai food, japs food, western food...

Gordon is located on a major transport artery, the Pacific Highway and the intersection of Ryde and Mona Vale Roads which form a link between the northern beaches, Homebush Bay and the St George District and Sutherland Shire.

Chatswood is 6km south, if you wanna enjoy hustle and bustle life there. Hornsby is 8km away in the north.

There are very good schools (both public and private ones)too.

The only thing bad is the price of properties is too high, the median price of house is 1.22M in 2007.

. 从家里走到校车点一分钟;
. 还是很多BUS的起点;
. 一个车库,但Private Drive way上还可以停一辆车;
. 房子南北通风
