Responsibility:
Accurately assemble different electronic circuit boards of Barco projectors and mechanic parts together to make projectors working properly.
Perform customer service activities
Adjust and fine-tune projectors to exhibit fantastic vision effect
Locate and fix problems which make projectors work abnormally, either relating to electronic or mechanic problems (such as PMP, CPU and engine spares)
Repair projectors' circuits (mainly concentrate on power supply parts)
Repair and maintain Bosch's monitors and CCTV security systems
Manufacture different kinds of cables used in projects, such as optical interface cable, RCA interface cable, BNC interface cable, RS232 interface cable.
Achievement:
Independently analyzing and repairing CCTV systems (Gen4, Gen5 and different kinds of monitors) and Barco projectors ( IQ series, Icon H600, RLM R6+, SLM R12+, and so on)
Doing many business trips to resolve projectors' problems for customers. For example, i went all alone to Hefei Telecom Company, Yunnan Tobacco Company, Chinese satellite monitoring Centre to fix Barco projectors' problems (such as no light output, lack of colour, no response while starting up and so on)
Working as a team member in a project of Shanghai Security Breau, my work was to install and configure six Barco projectors (RLM R6+) together to give perfect projection video display (the total display size on the screen is 10m*2.5m)
Working as technical supporter for sales, providing video presentation and function explanation for potential customers.
