来澳洲一个多月了,从一月十日开始,投了大概40份简历,今天收到刚开始投的那些单位的拒信。简历修改了几次,现将当前的版本贴出来,希望大家帮忙修改一下,在seek上看,我的相关的工作比如Medical Scientist,laboratory Scientist,和research assistant还是比较多的,有的职位很适合我,但至今也没有收到消息,可能第一与closing day 还没到有关,另外就是可能是自己不合适吧。昨天去Monash medical research center和Gribble pathology投了简历,目标是:A 医院的化验室偏重分子生物学检验如病毒载量的测定,基因分型,PCR,RT-PCR等,在这边就是pathology,B 研究所如ludwig,WEHI,BURNET 传染病研究所等。本人专业技术过硬,凡是简历所列的,都做过很多次。恳请大家帮忙改一下简历,希望自己早日找到工作。没工作的感觉好难受,目前在一个包装厂打casual job,收入很少,不能cover 生活费。

2.The role of reconstructed vector pcDNA-vpr on apoptosis:
Selected the representative mutant, reconstructed plasmids through enzyme cut and ligation, transformed into competent cells JM109, transfected into CD4+ cells by liposome transiently, harvested after 72 hours with G418 selective medium, mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR, cell viability detected by typan blue staining methods, fluorescent microscope observed Hoeschst stained cell for death cells, percentage of apoptosis measured by flow cytometry using Anexcin-FITC-PI staining and DNA fragmentation was analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis
