there is a very important problem for me,anybody knows which university's enter requirment is not restrict? I means if i want to get the offer ,i don't need to present the IELTS results or TOFEL results?
i am going to apply to study the master of accounting.

PS: 但是要高考成绩，高考貌似可以选英文还是日文？俄文？
