The house is located in Eight Mile Plains, at the end of No-through road. It is very quiet and convenient place for living. It only takes 5 minutes walk to 150 / 156 / 155 Bus station (every 15 minutes any time to Garden city, Griffith University, and city centre). The house is very new with fantastic condition. All furniture and eletricals are brand new and with good quality. Bedroom is filled with double size bed and hard mattress. Big and modern kitchen has the gas for cooking. High speed broadband service (150G/per month). We are looking for some clean and easy-going person to share with us. Has to be non-smoker. The rent $130,  will cover water, electricity expense. The room is available immediately.

我们3月初长登布市，年轻夫妻，想租一间大床房，最好有单独卫浴，长短租均可，LZ的房子挺适合我们的，租金包网络吗？
有个疑问，Eight Mile Plains似乎离市区远了一些，新移民办事好象不太方便。

130的价格很公道。现在房租涨的很厉害。不过以楼主的房型来看，是客厅大，房间小的类型。不适合租给夫妻。
所有刚来的朋友都想租独立卫浴的masterroom，包括我也是。但除非运气很好不然会很贵，基本就是2个单人房的价钱。
ps：eightmile不错的地方，去市区也很方便，做bus也就25分钟左右。150一般10-15分钟一班。
