州担保大概还要分一个月吧

"In 2007–08, the department issued 108 542 Skill Stream visas."——07/08财年共发放108 542个技术移民签证。
"The number of visas granted to people sponsored by states and territories was 7530 in 2007–08."——07/08财年共发放7530个州担保技术移民签证。

所以说，在上一个财年07/08年度，州担保(state/territory sponsored applications) 所占技术移民的比例约为7%，按照工作量来算，也就是不到一个月。

记得有个帖子里，DIAC说他们正在分州担保的申请，分完了就开始分CSL的申请。那么，CSL的同学们，是不是最多再耐心等1个月就守的云开见月明了？（The ASPC is currently in the process of identifying and allocating all
State or Territory Sponsored applications.  Once these are all completely
allocated, only then will cases with occupations on the CSL commence
allocation

问题是啥叫分完？从分完到处理完要多长时间？是所有CO都去分州担保了还是剩下一部分接着分CSL
