As far as i know, those doctors, nurses who pursue clinical profession must pass relevant examination to get licence before starting their career. Is this the same case for lab technologist in au? Is there special license for medical scientist, lab technologist or lab technician ? Should I get a license before landing a job in hospital lab?

AIMS评估Medical Scientist好像是不分专业（比如生化、分子生物、微生物之类）的吧
在澳洲从事检验工作必须先考执照吗

no, you don't have to.They only need qualification and experience.
