澳洲工作有多难找?

本来我不信运气,觉得是靠技术实力....
我刚开始面试,被对方很全面的技术问题问得失败了...
于是,我花了一个月时间补习各方面技术,期间没有发简历...
当我充分做好了技术面谈准备后,..去参加第一个面谈,..面谈的时候我迟到了，而且没问我一点点技术问题...就给OFFER了..
我都觉得我那个月的时间真是白花了...
然后我现在就真的不得不相信,确实是靠运气啊...

运气是很重要。。。
楼主别急，我投了260封简历，花了11个月。。。
撞墙总有撞塌墙的时候。。。

totally agree...I think personal polishing and advertising are the keys of finding a good job...English is the bottle-neck for most of us...sometimes it's not about abilities or skills...

but I don't understand, where are you all living now? it's not that difficult at all to find a good job these days...at least from all my friends and myself experience...you have to try national wide and also polish your resume individually...
