想问问不干casual要提前多长时间通知阿？

本人在coles里面work as casual basis。这段时间找到正式工作了，但是又来不及提前两个星期通知coles，非得要走，不知道这样会不会引起什么法律上的问题，或者得不到payment呢？

如果没有签合同，随时可以走人， 签了合同就按合同办。

和coles合同是签了，但只是提及了position and location,commencement date,online induction,hours of work,rate of pay,superannuation,team member discount,dress standard,code of conduct,从没有涉及什么termination and notice period的条款。full time的那份合同写得清清楚楚。这种情况下是否没有提及，就可以随时走人呢？

一般是2个星期的通知。不过我一个朋友也在coles 做casual， 她找到新的工作的第二天就辞职了。
