请教高手，怎么买房屋保险，和房价的比例应该是多少？家具，电器，安全系统，窗帘该怎么算啊？费用是怎样的?有人可以推荐一下吗？

The insurance  has two types
(1) Only for the property itself, not including the contents (furniture, etc). The amount of insurance for the property generately only includes the building price and excludes the land price.  the insurance fee is about 0.15~0.2% of the property price.
(2) the property and contents: depending on how many treasures you have hidden in your house.
