就我而言，我觉得以下重要的文件最好公证：
1）工作合同
2）收入证明/个人所得税

如果，你能提供跟多其它文件（翻译件即可），更好。比如：公司内部培训记录，获奖记录，名片，涨工资记录，等。

例如在深圳，是否有关门的公证处提供公证？

只要是公证处，都可以办理。公证处没有等级贵贱之分。

根据175_checklist上面的内容，只需要最近4年的工作经验证明：

Basic Eligibility Requirements
Evidence of recent work experience or main applicant has met the Australian Study Requirement in the last six months.
Recent work experience requirement

To meet the recent work experience requirement, you must demonstrate that you have been employed:

    * in an occupation listed on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL)
    * for at least 20 hours a week
    * in a paid position
    * for at least 12 of the 24 months immediately before lodging your visa application.

也就是说，必须证明自己在移民申请提交前12～24月，做的是SOL上列出的全职（每周至少20小时）工作。当然，这只是Basic Eligibility Requirements。

Additional evidence for Points Test requirements
Evidence of skilled employment in the four years prior to the date of application.
×这里说从申请提交时算起，前4年的工作经验。

Specific work experience

You will be awarded points if you have been employed for three (3) of the last four (4) years in an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL).
×但这里却说在最近4年里，有3年SOL上的工作经验就够了。
You must have been employed:

    * for at least 20 hours a week
    * in a paid position
    * at a skilled level in your nominated occupation or in a closely related occupation on the SOL.

Note: If you are using work experience obtained in Australia to meet this requirement, that work must have been undertaken while you were the holder of a visa authorising you to work.

×总的来说，给出申请提交时算起的前4年工作经验，应该就足够了。
